Eitan Peled is a young professional based in San Diego dedicated to effecting social and systemic change. Though speaking today in his personal capacity, in his professional life he manages a program which seeks to guarantee the rights of children at every point along the Central America - Mexico - and the U.S. migration route. He previously led an anti-child trafficking program, working to bring attention to and strengthen policies regarding the exploitation of children. Originally from Southern California, Peled speaks fluent Spanish and Hebrew, and holds a degree from UCLA – where he played water polo and studied economics, global studies, and public policy.
