Daniel Markey at Worcester World Affairs Council

Daniel Markey is a senior fellow with the China and South Asia programs at the Henry L. Stimson Center. He has two decades of academic, think tank, and government experience focused on international relations and U.S. policy in Asia. Dr. Markey is also a nonresident senior fellow at the Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) Foreign Policy Institute. He is the author of many works including Enhancing Strategic Stability in Southern Asia (with A. Scobell and V. Singh), United States Institute of Peace, 2022. Dr. Markey is the author of numerous reports, articles, book chapters, and opinion pieces. His commentary has been featured widely in U.S. and international media.
